DESTINATIONS VALUE PROPOSITION WORKSHOP

A value proposition workshop was organised for the product Destinations in response to customer feedback. It was revealed that some of the data provided for territorial analysis was either not useful or unclear. Additionally, clients expressed a preference for a tool that offers guidance rather than an overwhelming amount of data.

The goal of the workshop was to identify, define, and articulate the unique value that Destinations offers, aiming to refine and enhance the business offering. Destinations is intended to be a tool that supports clients in improving their business by reducing costs through targeted investment plans.

The workshop proved to be a valuable exercise, although key stakeholders were unable to attend due to prior commitments. Consequently, the work proceeded with the project manager and the available information, focusing on how Destinations could effectively meet market needs by providing clear and useful data for territorial analysis. However, after a while, the activity was set aside to focus on other priorities.
