MEDIA MONITORING
SETTINGS DESIGN
This task involved reorganising the settings section of the Media Monitoring module, which is dedicated to monitoring the destination's social content. During the analysis phase, excessive fragmentation and an unclear sequence of steps required to link social accounts, pages, and tagscapes were identified. The new design aimed to bring order and consistency to these processes, simplifying and enhancing the user experience.
The primary objective was to make the configuration process more intuitive and streamlined, eliminating the inefficiencies previously encountered. With a more organised interface, users were able to complete the task more easily and quickly, reducing the time and effort needed for monitoring social content.
