After conducting a brief analysis and gathering customer feedback, it became evident that the existing horizontal navigation was confusing and not intuitive for users.

 

Many struggled to find key features and information, leading to frustration and inefficiency. Based on these insights, a new side navigation was designed to improve usability.

 

The vertical layout provides clearer organization, easier access to content, and a more intuitive browsing experience, addressing the key pain points identified during the feedback process.
